Credit Initiatives Analyst

U.S. Bank | 05/2023 - present

Project manager for internal initiatives aimed at streamlining business banking procedures across the department, driving key business line objectives, facilitating reviews and initiating/managing change.
Collaborated closely with business line teams to manage change and improvement.
Managed credit initiatives from design to conclusion.
Designed, and implemented custom solutions in tools such as HCL Leap and MS Power Platform to improve business line efficiency (i.e. transitioning excel based workflows to web-based workflows)
Implemented an Internal JavaScript toolset for use in LEAP to streamline our common tasks and use cases.

Strategy and Innovation Manager, Vice President

MUFG Union Bank | 03/2021 - 05/2023

Successfully transitioned the multi-billion-dollar Paycheck Protection Program Forgiveness process to internal team under compressed timelines.
Led an operations team of 35 to complete PPP originations (3rd round) and forgiveness within time constraints established by regulatory, and federal agencies.
Developed an internal processes and procedures and efficiently implemented to lead team through processing forgiveness requests for 20,000+ loans, encompassing application intake, SBA interactions through customer service.
Managed loans and built custom dashboards and reports in nCino.
Performed Risk and Controls assessment and wrote/implemented program controls in close collaboration with risk partners.
Successfully managed the transfer of the PPP portfolio as part of an M&A.

Developed and maintained websites and APIs in a variety of platforms and languages, including but not limited to:
- CMSs such as WordPress or Joomla! (with fully custom front end templating).
- JS frameworks such as SvelteKit and Express (using Node.js and other libraries).
